- Human Resource Management (HRM) Module:
- Digitized the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Implemented a multi-language interface supporting complex data formats (e.g., Kanji/Katakana for the Japanese market).
- Automated employee code generation and account status tracking.
- Partner & CRM Module:
- Developed a centralized repository for partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Built an Advanced Search & Filtering engine to retrieve records efficiently based on multiple criteria (ID, Name, Tags, Email).
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Engineered a granular permission system for different user tiers (Admin, Operation Manager, Employee).
- Secured data integrity by controlling specific actions: View, Create, Edit, Delete, and Export (CRUD operations) across all modules.
- Data Export & Reporting Engine:
- Developed a customizable export tool allowing users to select specific data fields for reporting.
- Supported multiple output formats, including Excel, CSV, and PDF, to facilitate business analysis.
